I'm a licensed veterinarian, and for a long time I did what I was trained to do: an animal came to me sick, and I treated the disease in front of me. Often it worked. We put out the fire. But one question kept following me home. If I had seen this animal earlier, could we have kept them from ever getting this sick?

That question changed how I practice. I started reading everything I could about nutrition, and I came to see it as one of the real pillars of health, alongside lifestyle and environment. I looked beyond conventional treatment and found more ways to help, drawing on the wisdom of traditional medicine and herbs, always keeping science as my guide.

It got personal, too. My own dogs developed chronic digestive problems, and I knew I didn't want to manage them for life with antibiotics, antiemetics, and acid blockers. I wanted to know why. So I went looking past the symptoms for the root cause, the way I now do for every animal I work with.

Here's what I believe: when we bring the body back into balance, we can often prevent the severe illness that would otherwise show up down the line. My job is to help you get there, earlier, with treatment that's grounded in evidence and gentle by design.

Integrative health consultation

The deep conversation about your pet's health that a short vet visit rarely has room for.

A standard vet visit is focused on the immediate problem, and it's often over before you've covered everything on your mind. Here we take the time to go through all of it: what your pet eats, how they live, their history, and their behavior. Instead of treating a symptom on its own, I look at the whole animal, and together we build a practical plan you can actually follow at home.

A consultation can cover:

  • Nutrition and diet review, and whether their current food fits their needs
  • Picky eating and feeding challenges
  • Anxiety, stress, and behavioral changes
  • House soiling and inappropriate urination
  • New puppy or kitten guidance
  • Healthy aging
  • Chronic conditions and quality-of-life support

Where it helps, I create an herbal protocol tailored to your pet, in safe and effective doses that won't counteract any medication they already take.

Custom balanced recipe

A complete, nutritionally balanced homemade recipe built for your pet's life stage and individual needs.

If you want to feed your dog or cat home-cooked food, doing it safely takes more than a recipe off the internet. Most homemade meals miss key nutrients, which can cause severe deficiencies down the road. I build you a recipe that is complete and balanced, formulated to meet the established US and European nutrient standards (AAFCO and FEDIAF). If your pet has a diagnosed health condition, I adjust the recipe to support it.

Here is what I do for you:

  • Calculate your pet's exact daily calorie needs, based on their weight, age, activity, and body condition
  • Choose ingredients that fit your pet and that you can find at your local stores
  • Give you a list of every supplement to add, with amounts, so the recipe comes out fully balanced
  • Give you a clear recipe with exact preparation steps, that we talk through in the consultation

What you get:

  • A complete written recipe with exact ingredient amounts
  • A supplement list with doses, plus calorie and portion guidance
  • Safe ingredient substitutions and instructions for preparing it safely at home
  • We go through it together in the consultation, and I send a final revised version if we adjust anything

Choose your service and answer a few questions about your pet. This is what lets me prepare before we meet.

I confirm your fee and you book

I review your request, then email you the price along with a link to pay and book a time that suits you.

Join on Google Meet

Your consultation happens online. I email you the Meet link before we start, so you just click and join.

You get your plan

After we talk, I send a written plan based on everything we covered. For custom recipes, we go through the recipe together in the meeting, then I send a final revised version if we adjust anything.

A complete home-cooked recipe formulated for your pet, with exact ingredient amounts, supplement doses, and portion guidance. Includes the consultation to talk it through.

For returning clients, to review how the plan is working and adjust it.

Two pets in one integrative session (€35). A custom recipe for a second pet is €45, since each pet needs its own recipe calculated.
